We do not refund & all sales are final.
RETURNS:
We do not accept returns, if there is an error on our behalf such as: wrong size, misprint or item damage please send us an inquiry with your order number, tracking number, detailed photos and video of your item so that we can process a new order.
With the error item you have received you can either keep it or discard it.
For an order correction it will take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. The item is made to order. There will be no additional charges or fees for a correction.

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
